They say the transmission needs to be rebuilt because the TORQUE CONVERTER is bad which is burning the oil (brown) and causing the grinding noise when accelerating. TOTAL COST = $2500 which is rebuilding If it is a hardware problem like defective units it will require replacement of defective units, labor etc. and Honda is too cheap for that.
